Registration

Application form is open from February, 15th from 9:11 AM CET.

Applications for the Anže Kopitar and Tomaž Razingar Ice Hockey Academy are open to minors between the age of 6 and 15. Taking place in two rounds (3–8 July 2017 and 10– 15 July 2017), the Academy will welcome up to 160 participants, presumably 80 skaters and 20 goaltenders per round. The age limit for application is different for goaltenders and is set at a minimum of 7 years of age.

Apart from the training program for minors, we also offer a special amateur academy for parents/amateur ice hockey players. For details on this offer, please see the menu on the right side.

Academy Application

Application for the Anže Kopitar and Tomaž Razingar Ice Hockey Academy is only possible via the application form available on www.ak-11.com.

Conditions for application

  • applications for the Anže Kopitar and Tomaž Razingar Ice Hockey Academy are open to boys and girls born between 31 December 2001 and 1 January 2011
  • the participant is required to possess basic ice hockey skills
  • the participant is required to bring the entire ice hockey equipment with them
  • the participant is required to have a health insurance plan (against payment, additional insurance for the duration of the Academy may be arranged)
  • the participant does not suffer from a life-threatening illness or an illness which may worsen due to physical activity
  • any special requirements regarding nutrition (allergies, diets etc.) shall be notified in advance to the Academy staff
  • the participant may take part in other activities within the scope of the Academy
  • the participant is solely responsible for any valuables they bring with them
  • the Ice Hockey Academy is not responsible for any injury sustained by the participant during the Academy
  • the Ice Hockey Academy undertakes to provide emergency medical assistance in case of illness or injury
  • the Ice Hockey Academy may collect, process and use the participant's personal data for the purposes of Academy activities, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1)
  • the Ice Hockey Academy may publish photographs as well as audio and/or video recordings of the participant
  • all participants are expected to treat others with respect and follow instructions and advice of the Academy staff In case the participant does not adhere to the rules of the Academy and exhibits inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to terminate his/her participation in the academy. In such case, the application fee is not refunded.

Application for the amateur academy for parents/amateur ice hockey players

  • ice hockey skills are preferred but not required
  • if the participant does not possess ice hockey equipment, such equipment may be provided by the organizer
  • it is recommended that the participant have a health insurance plan
  • the participant does not suffer from a life-threatening illness or an illness which may worsen due to physical activity
  • any special requirements regarding nutrition (allergies, diets etc.) shall be notified in advance to the Academy staff
  • the participant is solely responsible for any valuables they bring with them
  • the Ice Hockey Academy is not responsible for any injury sustained by the participant during the Academy
  • the Ice Hockey Academy undertakes to provide emergency medical assistance in case of illness or injury
  • the Ice Hockey Academy may publish photographs as well as audio and/or video recordings of the participant
  • all participants are expected to treat others with respect as well as follow instructions and advice of the Academy staff; in case the participant does not adhere to the rules of the Academy and exhibits inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to terminate his/her participation in the academy. In such a case, the payment is not refunded.

Withdrawal from the Academy

The conditions for an application withdrawal and a subsequent refund are as follows:

  • if an application of a minor is withdrawn by 1 May 2017, an administrative fee of EUR 30 applies on the refund
  • in the case of sudden injury or illness immediately prior to the start of the Academy, an administrative fee of EUR 30 applies on the refund
  • if an application of a minor is withdrawn between 2 May and 1 June 2017, the organizer undertakes to refund 50% of the application fee
  • if an application is withdrawn (not due to injury or illness) between 2 June and 20 June 2017, the organizer undertakes to refund 20% of the application fee
  • if an application is withdrawn (not due to injury or illness) between 21 June and 2 July 2017, a refund of the application fee does not apply
  • if an injury or illness occurs during the training camp, a proportional share of the application fee is refunded
